Page says level 14, while the item level is 17. Is it supposed to be the level where you can wear it, or the item's level> --MooNFisH 08:49, 8 June 2006 (CDT)
The item's article should display the actual level of the item, not the level you can wear it at. This should be +/- 1 level of the mob it loads on.
